“Amy Brummit is an outstanding speaker for schools, known for creating engaging presentations with striking visuals. She captivates students, sparks their curiosity, and effectively answers their questions, especially on topics such as science, earth studies, weather, climate, and climate change. Her presentations leave third graders excited, eager to learn more, and with a clearer understanding of these subjects.” - Ms. D’silva, 3rd grade teacher at the American School of Bombay, India
-
“Amy was phenomenal, the way she answered all 22 questions that the kids asked her; it was also well thought out to their level of understanding! I loved seeing the children’s faces light up as she mentioned each of their names. She definitely made us feel very special.” - Ana, mother of pre-K student at Kids’ Corner in Bar Harbor, Maine
-
“That was FANTASTIC! My students were still talking about the topics Amy mentioned hours after her presentation. She helped to set the stage for a lot of exciting conversations! "Meet an Explorer"
Speaking at the Meet an Explorer at Helen Tyson Middle School in Springdale, Arkansas was such a meaningful and energizing experience! I loved sharing what being an explorer really means—staying curious, being brave, and caring deeply about our planet. The students asked thoughtful questions, especially about life in Antarctica. From Ms. Berry, the EAST Facilitator/SWARM 21CCLC Site Coordinator, “The kids were fascinated and think I’m fancy now for knowing someone who does such incredible things.”

I had the privilege of speaking to students at Manea Senior College in Bunbury Western Australia about living authentically, embracing adventure, and giving themselves permission to take risks. My talk and our discussions focused on encouraging them to explore who they are, discover what drives them, and realize there’s no single path to a meaningful life.
From Ms. Watson, the Innovation and Community Links Coordinator:
"You are extraordinary. You are such an inspiration to these students. They were blown away, and you helped them to realize that they have more agency than what they thought."
